Low-Res to Lasting Tribute

Before-and-after example showing the restoration of a small, low-resolution source image into a refined, print-ready portrait suitable for memorial and tribute use. The original image was carefully upscaled using Topaz Gigapixel and refined through AI-assisted retouching techniques in Photoshop.

Facial features were selectively reconstructed to restore clarity, texture, and natural expression, while tonal balancing and background refinement were used to reduce noise and improve overall image quality. Final refinements focused on preserving warmth and likeness while preparing the portrait for high-quality print reproduction.
